As one of the first Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ (AIF) in Colorado, Fran has helped many businesses solve complicated 401k, fiduciary, and retirement planning needs. For nearly 40 years, Fran has passionately helped businesses all over the country and is a strong advocate for local Colorado and Wyoming business communities.
In addition to degrees in Finance and Economics from Regis University, Fran is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ (AIF), Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC), Professional Plan Consultant™ (PPC), and Certified Financial Wellness Professional (CFWP). For over 36 years Fran has been serving corporate retirement plans and individual's financial and retirement needs. Fran and his team provide sponsors with streamlined and comprehensive plan governance solutions. In his role as the retirement plan manager with Dynamic Wealth Advisors, Fran trains and advises financial advisors and their plan clients throughout the U.S. on retirement plan management issues and fiduciary best practices.

For over 36 years, Fran has been actively involved in coaching a variety of youth sports and teaching bible study to students of all ages. Fran has also been an active member of various Fort Collins civic organizations and taught Junior Achievement at many levels. Fran loves the outdoors, sports, traveling, spending time, and sharing laughs with family and friends.
